Job summary

Uffizio Group is seeking a product management/business analysis professional to collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, engineers, and clients to define and document detailed requirements and user stories. The role involves analyzing processes, proposing improvements, and ensuring alignment with product goals.

You will create user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes, support test planning and UAT, and help drive data-driven decisions with dashboarding and metrics analysis.

Job description

• Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers, UX/UI designers,
• engineers,Clients etc.) to gather and document detailed business requirements,
• product specifications, and user stories.
• Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance product functionality and usability.
• Perform gap analysis between current and future product states.

2. Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Work closely with the Product team to define product features and prioritize them
• based on business value, customer needs, and market trends.
• Participate in product roadmap planning and ensure that business requirements
• are well-aligned with product goals.

3. Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and
• other cross-functional teams to ensure all requirements are understood and
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project progress, milestones,
• and any changes to the project scope.

4. User Story Creation and Documentation:

• Create and manage detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes to
• ensure a clear understanding of the product features.
• Ensure that all requirements are well-documented and maintain an up-to-date
• knowledge base for the product team.

5. Testing and Validation:

• Assist in the creation of test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to
• ensure the product meets business requirements and quality standards.
• Work closely with QA teams to verify that product features are delivered
• according to specifications and business needs.

6. Data and Metrics Analysis:

• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for
• improvement and support data-driven decision-making.
• Create reports and dashboards to track the product’s progress, feature adoption,
• and overall success.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in product management and business analysis.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, product enhancements, and innovations.
