Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, production, operational, and financial data.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
• Track and analyze key business KPIs and performance metrics.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into actionable solutions.
• Monitor sales performance, production efficiency, order status, inventory, and operational metrics.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and analytical models
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure accurate and timely data.
• Support business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, etc.
• Strong understanding of MIS, reporting, and data analysis
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and senior management.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to convert data into clear and actionable business insights.
• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL will be an added advantage.
• Experience in jewellery, diamond, manufacturing, or a similar industry will be preferred.
