Job summary

Livasa Hospitals is seeking a data/ business analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various hospital units. You will prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports for management, and monitor KPIs across departments to guide decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business, operational, and financial data from hospital units.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance reports for management.

• Conduct variance analysis and track performance against budgets and forecasts.

• Analyze processes and propose efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business, operational, and financial data from various hospital units.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance reports for management.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments and hospital units.
• Identify business trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improving operational and financial performance.
• Conduct variance analysis and track actual performance against budgets, targets, and forecasts.
• Support management in business planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards for effective decision-making.
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and other departments to gather and validate data.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare data-driven presentations and reports for senior management and leadership reviews.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and timely availability of business data.
• Support special projects, expansion plans, and corporate initiatives as assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools will be preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data management will be an added advantage.
• Ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Business Analytics, Finance, Operations, or Strategy will be preferred.

Experience

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, MIS, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
• Experience in the Healthcare/Hospital industry will be preferred but is not mandatory.
