Job summary

ETP Group in Pune is seeking a Business Analyst to design solutions for expanding the ETP Suite. You will create detailed functional specifications, wireframes, and user stories, and work with development and QA teams to ensure quality features.

The role requires strong communication, documentation, and research skills, with exposure to SQL and Jira preferred. You will contribute to market analysis and training materials, operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail/Supply Chain/WMS/e-commerce domain.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of design tools & flowcharting tools.
• Ability to research on a topic and propose solution designs.
• Ability to test and confirm correctness after development.
• SQL queries knowledge preferred.
• Working knowledge of Jira preferred.
• Self-learner and independent worker.
• Minimum 3-5 years of BA experience.
• Location: Pune.

Responsibilities

Position: Business Analyst

Job Description

As a BA would be responsible for designing solution approaches for developing new functionality in the existing ETP Suite of applications. Below are the responsibilities:

• Preparation of a detailed functional specification based on the given requirement, with wireframe, flow charts, user stories, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Presenting the functional design to the development and QA team.
• Working closely with the development team for the new feature development.
• Review QA test cases, built based on the provided test scenarios.
• Validation of the feature once it is developed against the functional specification.
• Coordinating with the QA team for the test scenarios.
• Preparation of manual and training materials.
• Market Research and analysis of competitors solutions.

Skills & Experience

We require an enthusiastic and talented person:

• Should have worked on the Retail/Supply Chain/WMS/e-commerce domain.
• Should have excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Should have a working knowledge of design tools & flowcharting tools.
• Should be able to do research on a given topic and come up with possible solution designs to achieve the same
• Should be able to test and confirm the correctness post-completion of development
• Preferred to know SQL queries.
• Preferred to have a working knowledge of Jira.
• Should be a self-learner, independent worker
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
