Job summary

ACCUWISETECH in Delhi is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into actionable solutions that improve efficiency and drive growth.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and vendors; develop process models and user stories; and contribute to BRDs, FRDs, and test plans while working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related industries (3+ years preferred).
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Develop business process models, workflows, and user stories to guide solution development.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to support decisions.
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes, systems, and structures.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and solutions.
• Monitor progress to ensure milestones within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, and process flow diagrams.
• Create and execute test plans to validate requirements.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and basic programming concepts.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master are a plus.
