Specific Accountabilities

• Possesses strong technical and functional knowledge in business analysis, with proven experience in REST APIs, XML, JSON, and microservices architecture.
• Applies existing procedures and guidelines to deliver high-quality analysis and provides insights to
• Recommends new solutions and process improvements by analyzing diverse sources of information.
• Operates with moderate guidance and direction from the manager, demonstrating autonomy and ownership in assigned tasks.

Assess Requirements

• Build, maintain, and share functional knowledge of business processes, services, and end-user product usage.
• Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.
• Estimate effort for specification and validation work.

Technical & Functional Design

• Author key documentation including Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, and Product Specifications.
• Conduct functional walkthroughs with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify dependencies and ensure compatibility with other systems.
• Design API request/response structures using tools such as Swagger, Stoplight, or Postman.
• Ensure data exchange formats (XML, JSON) are well‑defined and aligned with integration standards.

Validation & Testing

• Contribute to test strategy implementation and review test plans for functional compliance and system integrity.
• Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
• Investigate, validate, and prioritize reported incidents to maintain production integrity.

Stakeholder Management

• Interface with Product Management, Project Management, Customer Services, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams.
• Engage with customers during requirement gathering, specification, testing, and implementation phases.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, team meetings, and solution assessments.
• Support team members and foster a collaborative working environment.
