Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT or Product-based company.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Product, Development, and QA teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
• Must be based in Rajkot or willing to relocate.

• Create workflow diagrams, wireframes, and requirement traceability documents.
• Support Product Managers in backlog prioritization and feature planning.
• Analyze customer feedback and product usage to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare documentation and training materials for internal teams and clients.
• Participate in client meetings to understand business challenges and define effective solutions.
