Job summary

QualiZeal seeks a detail-oriented Business Analyst/PM to collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, engineering and QE teams. The role focuses on eliciting and analysing requirements, writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and guiding Agile ceremonies to keep backlogs healthy and ready for sprints.

You will refine and prioritize the backlog with Product Owners, facilitate discussions across teams, and ensure readiness before sprint entry.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential for collaborating with business stakeholders, Product Owners, engineering, and QE teams.
• Eliciting and analysing requirements to identify business needs, dependencies, rules, and edge cases.
• Writing clear, well-structured user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on with Agile/Scrum processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog and ensure Definition of Ready before sprints.
• Facilitating requirement discussions and clarification sessions across business and technical teams.
• Providing timely requirement and acceptance-criteria clarifications to development and QE teams.
• Identifying cross-team dependencies, gaps, risks, and ambiguities early and driving resolution.
• Experience in a large enterprise Agile environment with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• Airline/travel domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, Product Owners, engineering, and QE teams.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation and analysis, including identifying business needs, dependencies, business rules, and edge cases.
• Hands‑on experience in writing clear and well-structured user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Good understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ability to work with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog and ensure stories meet the Definition of Ready before entering a sprint.
• Ability to facilitate requirement discussions, walkthroughs, and clarification sessions across business and technical teams.
• Experience supporting development and QE teams throughout the sprint by providing timely requirement and acceptance-criteria clarifications.
• Ability to identify cross-team dependencies, gaps, risks, and ambiguities early and drive them toward resolution.
• Experience working in a large enterprise Agile environment with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• Airline/travel domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.
