Job summary

Ethics Infotech in Vadodara is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to analyze processes, capture requirements, and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams.

You will lead the creation of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process diagrams, while coordinating with project managers, developers, QA, and product owners to ensure successful delivery and acceptance criteria are met. Mentoring responsibilities for junior analysts are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT/Service/Product-based organizations as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Applications will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies, impact analysis, and solution assessments.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA Teams, and Product Owners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project discussions.
• Define project scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT and ensure business requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior business analysts and provide guidance on best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and BA methodologies.
