Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and user stories.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1+ years of experience to understand customer needs, define requirements, manage the backlog, and collaborate with technology and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and user stories.
• Write clear, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Conduct customer and user research to understand needs and pain points.
• Gather and analyze feedback and translate customer needs into product requirements and improvements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and demos.
• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, Tech Leads, and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Validate delivered features against requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support product launches, pilot customers, onboarding activities, and continuous product improvements.
• Track and analyze key product and customer KPIs to measure product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the product team and ensure customer needs are represented.
