Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1-2 years of experience in business process analysis, requirement discovery, stakeholder coordination, and Agile delivery. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand requirements, facilitate discussions, manage issues and decisions, and ensure alignment through acceptance and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process and requirement discovery with business stakeholders and project teams.
• Understand current processes, identify gaps, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement discussions, and walkthroughs.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to clarify requirements and ensure common understanding.
• Support backlog management and governance, including backlog refinement, prioritization, and tracking.
• Track and coordinate issues, risks, dependencies, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain appropriate issue and decision logs and ensure timely closure or escalation.
• Work with stakeholders to achieve acceptance alignment on requirements, deliverables, and changes.
• Support UAT and validation activities and coordinate feedback with relevant teams.
• Identify requirement gaps, conflicts, and changes and facilitate their resolution.
• Maintain BA documentation, process flows, requirement documents, user stories, and related project artefacts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business users to ensure successful delivery.
