The role focuses on translating business needs into concrete actions, while coordinating with stakeholders across the project lifecycle. You will analyse forms to map parameters for AI model outputs, configure rating logic and business rules, document functional and UI requirements, support UAT, and provide knowledge

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience in mapping parameters for AI model development.
• Experience in P&C Insurance domain and products like Life Insurance or Commercial Lines US market.
• Experience implementing insurance software and customized solutions.
• Ability to analyze, document, present, and communicate with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Insurance IT, Business teams and stakeholders to determine business requirements and ensure development aligns with requirements and scope.

• Configure/provide configuration of rating logic and business rules along with patterns of business logic.
• Document and articulate all functional, UI, and product requirements using standard methods.
• Understand offerings and products to be implemented and what is available/not supported.
• Perform functional testing of the solution to troubleshoot and report issues to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate the solution, discuss scope changes, and assist UAT users for completion.
• Provide detailed walkthroughs of system requirements and facilitate knowledge transfer to team members.
• Provide estimates for activities and communicate risks and priority during change management.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Insurance IT, Business teams and all the internal and external stakeholders involved in implementations and rollout to determine business requirements, and to ensure the development is in line with the requirements and scope.
• Analyse the forms and documents to identify and create parameter mappings which the development team will leverage in their AI models to produce outputs
• Configure/ provide configuration of rating logic and business rules along with patterns of business logic
• Document and articulate all functional, UI, and product requirements using standard methods
• Understand the offerings and Products that will be implemented; understand what is currently available, supported and not supported and present the same
• Perform functional testing of the solution to troubleshoot and identify the issues quickly, report to respective stakeholders and track to closure during development and before deployment.
• Demonstrate the solution, discuss scope changes to determine the impact analysis; engage with UAT users to assist in completing the UAT
• Provide detailed walkthroughs of the system requirement, closely work with technical associates on project development activities, review test cases and assist in closing QA cycle, and provide knowledge transfer to other team members.
• Provide estimates for the activities; as part of change management inform the criticality, impact, risks, and priority. Provide timely walkthroughs of the work items documentation, configured products, solution; regularly update the complex and challenging scenarios

• Experience – 4 to 10 years with experience in providing parameter mappings to support/ guide development of AI models
• Experience and knowledge of P&C Insurance domain and Products like Life Insurance or Commercial Lines US market
• Experience in implementing software solutions using established Insurance software products or customized software solutions
• Experience in implementing various business features and transactions: Policy Administration, Rating, Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance of various Life / General insurance products
