Job summary

Intellect Design Arena is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to analyze requirements in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain and collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize solutions. The role includes identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and documenting business rules for IT teams.

Candidates should have 5–15 years of experience in P&C insurance and a strong grasp of industry regulations, with ACORD or similar policy administration systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or related field.
• Strong understanding of US Insurance industry regulations and practices.
• Experience with P&C insurance policy administration systems (e.g., ACORD) is required; knowledge of other lines of business an asset.
