TekWorks is seeking an entry-level Business Analyst in Hyderabad to translate business needs into actionable insights and documentation. You will gather requirements from stakeholders, write user stories, and map workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

As a fresh graduate, you will be introduced to industry-standard BA frameworks and tools, gaining hands-on practice in elicitation, documentation, and problem resolution through real stakeholder interactions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, B.E, BBA, B.Com, MBA or equivalent field.
• Recent graduates welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into practical insights and solutions.
• Gather, structure, and examine business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create BRDs, document process flows, write user stories, and produce materials.
• Extract patterns and opportunities from business data.
• Collaborate across departments to map operational workflows.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to problem resolution.
• Build proficiency with BA tools and standard practices.
• Represent the team in stakeholder meetings and project coordination sessions.
