Job summary

HOSHŌ DIGITAL is seeking a capable Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical teams in Indore. You will gather requirements, document them in BRDs/FRDs, and craft user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.

You will create process flows and collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA to ensure alignment with implementation. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related analytical role.
• Strong grasp of business analysis principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and how requirements flow through it.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
• Excellent written communication and verbal communication for documentation and stakeholder presentations.

About the role:

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and vice versa
• Support project execution within Agile and Scrum frameworks, attending standups and sprint planning sessions
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and confidence

• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build productive working relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations
• Experience with documentation tools, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or comparable software
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Background with technology-driven projects is a plus
