PSN Finance Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with about 2 years of experience to collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, and tech teams. You will analyse data, document processes, and support the deployment of business solutions. Freshers with strong analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

The role involves gathering requirements, creating BRDs/FRDs, performing data analysis, and assisting in UAT and reporting. Strong Excel and BI tool familiarity is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 02 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to understand business requirements, analyze data, document processes, and support the implementation of business solutions.

Freshers with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and other project documentation as required.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for business decision-making.
• Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, documenting issues, and validating business requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and project discussions.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 02 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, operations, or a related role.
• Good analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Understanding of business processes, requirement gathering, and documentation.
