About the role:

• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating organizational needs into clear technical direction
• Gather detailed business requirements through structured conversations with clients and internal teams
• Produce comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) that guide development work
• Create and refine process flow diagrams to visualize current and proposed business operations
• Analyze existing processes to spot inefficiencies and recommend meaningful improvements
• Develop actionable technical specifications that engineering teams can build from
• Work across departments to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery

What we're looking for:
