Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuration, testing, and deployment of UKG Kronos WFM modules.
• Work on time clocks: troubleshoot clock issues, install new clocks, upgrade and maintain clocks.
• Collaborate with ERP stakeholders such as Operations, schedulers, supervisors, and back-office teams.
• Assist in configuration, testing, and deployment of Infor CloudSuite modules.
• Handle O&M work: access requests, incidents, requests, enhancements, and projects.
• Troubleshoot integrations and reports as needed.

Duration: Immediate – 20 days only. Employment type: Contract.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuration, testing, and deployment of UKG Kronos WFM modules.
• Work on time clocks: troubleshoot clock issues, install new clocks, upgrade and maintain clocks.
• Collaborate with ERP stakeholders such as Operations, schedulers, supervisors, and back‑office teams.
• Assist in configuration, testing, and deployment of Infor CloudSuite modules.
• Handle O&M work: access requests, incidents, requests, enhancements, and projects.
• Troubleshoot integrations and reports as needed.

Secondary Skills

• Knowledge of payroll processing.
• Contribute to bi‑annual UKG upgrades and monthly cumulative upgrades (CUs).
• Experience with core ERP applications such as Workday and Infor CloudSuite.
• Familiarity with ERP ancillary applications.
