Job summary

Virtusa is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for the Automobile DMS domain in Hyderabad to bridge stakeholders, customers, and the development team. The role emphasizes creating a clear product vision, managing backlogs, and delivering high-quality features aligned with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in BA/PO/PM roles, strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, excellent communication, and German language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in business, technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs.
• German Language skills (C1 preferred).
• Automotive / DMS domain expertise.

Responsibilities

Skills And Experience Required

The Business Analyst is responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features that align with business objectives and customer needs. This role acts as the bridge between stakeholders, customers, and the development team.

Good to consider candidates having strong Business Analysis experience supporting AS400 and COBOL-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and work closely
