Job summary

You will collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to optimize OEM processes, dealer ecosystem operations, and mobility applications. WFO in Gurgaon with full-time commitment.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience Level: 3 to 10 years of robust professional experience encompassing business analysis and product ownership.
• Automotive Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of OEM sales, marketing, after-sales, and dealer ecosystem operations.
• Agile Methodology & Tooling: Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks. Strong hands‑on proficiency in Jira for backlog and sprint management, and Confluence for maintaining centralized project documentation.
• Data & Analytics: Advanced hands‑on experience with Microsoft Excel and other MS tools for data analysis, reporting, and generating actionable business insights.
• Technical Familiarity: Experience acting as an Automotive CRM/DMS Senior Consultant. Familiarity with platforms such as Oracle Siebel, SAP functional Processes (ECC), Salesforce, and Mobility applications.
