About the Role

Role & responsibilities

Requirements & Documentation

• Gather and document business requirements (BRDs, user stories) based on feedback from Sales, Academic, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams.
• Coordinate with the Technology and Support teams to ensure accurate development and smooth implementation.

Analysis & Recommendations

• Identify opportunities to optimize scholarship products and sales workflows.
• Propose new features and process improvements to increase adoption and conversion.

Reporting & Dashboards

• Build and maintain sales dashboards, performance metric reports, and data visualizations.
• Deliver timely, error-free reports to support decision-making in Sales and Account Management.

Stakeholder Support & Training

• Provide consulting and coaching to Sales and Business Development teams on product features and best practices.
• Assist in planning and conducting training sessions for sales teams and leaders.

Project Coordination

• Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of new features and updates.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues and **escalate** where necessary.

Ad hoc Analysis & Projects

• Perform additional analyses and support initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency across teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• 24 years of relevant experience in a B2C or education technology environment.
• Experience gathering requirements, data analysis, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications (Optional): CBAP, PMI-ACP, CSPO, PMP, or similar business analysis/project management certifications.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA from a Tier1 or Tier2 B School (preferred).

Skills & Tools:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mid-level proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with BI and dashboarding tools (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user story creation.
• Basic knowledge of Python or other scripting languages (optional).
