Job summary

Webority Technologies invites a business-analyst-in-training to join our collaborative team in Gurgaon. You will collect requirements, draft BRD/SRS, and support full software development lifecycle from planning to UAT.

The ideal candidate has 0-1 year of experience, familiarity with Figma, JIRA, Excel, and SQL, and strong communication and collaboration skills. This role offers growth in a dynamic tech environment with cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or any engineering field; candidates with technical backgrounds or relevant internships may also apply.
• Experience: 0-1 year (including internships/training in BA).
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Figma, JIRA, MS Excel, SQL, or similar.
• Documentation Skills: Exposure to writing BRD, SRS, and User Stories.
• SDLC Knowledge: Understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, workflows, and mock-ups using Figma or Visio.

• Assist in performing UAT and documenting test cases and scenarios.
• Support project coordination, stakeholder communication, and documentation updates.

You will gather requirements, create documentation, and support the full software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, workflows, and mock-ups to illustrate business solutions using tools like Figma or Visio.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams during the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
