Role Description

The Business Analyst – PropTech & Digital Platform role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear functional specifications, and supporting the design of scalable digital solutions for Proho’s platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and improving business processes, conducting data-driven analysis to identify product and operational enhancements, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and operations teams. The Business Analyst will also prepare documentation, reports, and dashboards, support user acceptance testing, and help ensure that platform features align with customer and business needs.
