Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications for technical teams. Daily responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and supporting solution design for ERP, Liferay, and IoT-related projects. The role involves preparing user stories, workflows, and use cases, coordinating with development and QA teams, and assisting in testing, validation, and user training. The Business Analyst will also help monitor project progress, support change management activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
