Job summary

Aurum PropTech, a technology-driven platform, seeks a Business Analyst to work closely with business leaders on performance analysis, strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making in Maharashtra.

You will analyse P&L, revenue, costs and KPIs, build and maintain dashboards and MIS, and translate data into clear recommendations for leadership. Hands-on with AI tools, you’ll support strategic reviews and cross-functional improvements across the PropTech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Strategy, Business Analytics or a similar role.
• Experience in a PropTech company, consulting firm or Founder’s Office preferred.
• Strong understanding of business fundamentals and the PropTech ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with P&L analysis, reporting and dashboarding.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint; BI tools advantageous.
• Strong interest and practical experience in using AI tools for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and financial performance across Business Units, including revenue, costs, margins, profitability and key variances.
• Conduct regular P&L reviews and identify key business drivers, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Build and maintain business dashboards, MIS and management reports to track critical KPIs.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives, business reviews, planning and decision-making.
• Conduct market, competitor and industry analysis within the PropTech / Real Estate ecosystem.
• Leverage AI tools hands-on for data analysis, research, reporting, automation and business problem-solving.
• Work closely with Business Unit leaders and cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and drive improvements.

About the Role

• Strong interest and practical experience in using AI tools for analysis and productivity.
