Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy or business analytics.
• Experience in PropTech or real estate analytics is preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in business and data analysis; P&L experience a plus.

We are building an AI-first, data-driven organisation and are looking for professionals who can combine strong business understanding with analytical thinking and emerging technologies.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with business leaders and the leadership team on performance analysis, strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.

The role will involve analysing P&Ls, business performance and KPIs, developing dashboards and management reports, and using AI tools to generate insights and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business and financial performance across Business Units, including revenue, costs, margins, profitability and key variances.
• Conduct regular P&L reviews and identify key business drivers, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Build and maintain business dashboards, MIS and management reports to track critical KPIs.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives, business reviews, planning and decision-making.
• Conduct market, competitor and industry analysis within the PropTech / Real Estate ecosystem.
• Leverage AI tools hands-on for data analysis, research, reporting, automation and business problem-solving.
• Work closely with Business Unit leaders and cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and drive improvements.

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Strategy, Business Analytics or a similar role.
• Experience in a PropTech company, consulting firm or Founder’s Office preferred.
• Strong understanding of business fundamentals and the PropTech / Real Estate ecosystem.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in P&L analysis, reporting and dashboarding.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker is an advantage.
• Strong interest and practical experience in using AI tools for analysis and productivity.
