Job summary

PhonePe Group in Bengaluru is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze business problems across India's digital payments landscape, using data to guide strategic decisions and partner with stakeholders to shape product and business direction.

You will build and maintain dashboards and reports with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent analytical role.
• Hands-on SQL querying skills.
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and modelling.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Ability to communicate findings to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience in marketing analytics or adtech is a plus.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators and business metrics

• SQL queries to extract, transform, and prepare data for analysis
• Excel modelling and financial analysis to support business cases and forecasts
• Data visualization using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences
• Root cause analysis of business challenges and recommendations for improvement
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams

What we're looking for:
