Job summary

Digitap.ai in Bengaluru is seeking a business data analyst to analyse business problems and data to support strategic decisions for clients.

You will work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into actionable insights, and build SQL queries using Excel or Google Sheets to uncover patterns. You will present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences and take ownership of projects from conception through delivery at client sites.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in business analysis, data analytics, product analytics, consulting, or client-facing roles.
• Analytical thinking and ability to break down complex problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to varied audiences.

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in business analysis, data analytics, product analytics, consulting, or roles involving direct client interaction and analytical problem-solving
• Demonstrated capability in analytical thinking, breaking down complex problems, and managing relationships across teams and with external stakeholders
• Proficiency with SQL for querying databases and comfort working with Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and modelling
• Strong written and verbal communication ability, with confidence presenting to varied audiences
• Readiness to relocate to Bengaluru for a 3-month foundational training programme, followed by permanent placement in Thane on an onsite basis
