Job summary

CodeEternity in India is seeking a business analyst to build dashboards and MIS reports, turning numbers into strategic insights that guide decisions. You will collect and analyze data, create informative visuals, and ensure stakeholders receive timely updates on organizational health.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in business analysis, excel proficiency, and a knack for turning complex data into clear recommendations. EV industry exposure is a plus; the role is office-based and full-time.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related analytical role.
• Mastery of MS Excel for data manipulation, modeling and reporting.
• Strong logical thinking and comfort working with numbers and patterns.
• Familiarity with Power BI or SQL counts as a bonus.
• EV industry background is preferred but not required.

About the role

• Dive into business metrics and generate comprehensive management information system reports that guide strategy
• Monitor key performance indicators across departments to spot areas where operations can be optimized
• Gather and translate business needs into clear documentation that keeps cross-functional teams aligned
• Enable leaders to make informed decisions by turning raw data into actionable insights

What you'll work on

• Building and maintaining dashboards and reports that track organizational health
• Spotting trends in performance data and flagging risks or opportunities early
• Bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams through careful requirements gathering
• Running analyses to test hypotheses and validate improvement initiatives

What we're looking for
