Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Airline and GDS domain expertise in Bengaluru. The role bridges business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to drive product enhancements, requirements analysis, backlog management, and release readiness throughout the product lifecycle.

You will break down backlogs, analyze problems, create FRDs, support Go/No-Go decisions, and coordinate with Marketing and Customers to understand business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as TPM/BA with Airline and GDS domain experience.
• Bridge business stakeholders, customers and technical teams.
• Experience prioritizing backlog and ensuring release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Break down and prioritize team backlog.
• Analyze business/customer problems and identify Sabre product gaps.
• Provide input on requirements and participate in sprint planning.
• Sign off on user stories upon completion.
• Create FRDs as required.
• Verify release notes, SANs and user guides with PM.
• Own sizing and estimation process.
• Conduct customer demonstrations as needed.

We at Coforge are seeking a “Business Analyst" with strong Airline and GDS domain expertise. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams, driving product enhancements, requirement analysis, backlog management, and release readiness activities throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Break down and prioritize team backlog.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a TPM / BA with Airline and GDS domain experience
• Analyze business/customer problems and identify Sabre product gaps.
• Provide input on technical and business aspects of requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to provide input on requirements during sprint planning.
• Provide inputs for Go/No-Go decision-making for every release in conjunction with key stakeholders, including promotion to CVT, Certification, and Production environments.
• Authorized to accept/sign off user stories upon completion.
• Support Product Managers and interface with Marketing/Customers to develop an understanding of business problems.
• Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) as required.
• Verify the accuracy of Release Notes, SANs, and User Guides in coordination with the Product Manager.
• Own the sizing and estimation process.
• Conduct customer demonstrations as needed.
