Experience

BCA/BTech/MCA + MBA with 3 + years (relevant) A Business Analyst involves in analyzing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and help organizations achieve their goals more effectively. They focus on understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and facilitating communication between business and IT teams preferably in Travel domain.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Gather requirements from stakeholders, analyze their needs, and document them clearly.
2. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization, suggest improvements, and help implement changes.
3. Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned.
4. Solution Design and Implementation: Work on designing and implementing solutions that meet business needs.
5. Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, requirements documents, process flows, component diagrams, use case, input/output docs, API documents, navigation site maps, etc.
6. Testing and Validation: Testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet requirements with QA team.
7. Change Management: Change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
8. Security and System Audit Assistance in Internal and External Audits.
9. Knowledge of task estimation techniques, effort variance, risk register, version maintenance, CAR, and DAR is a must.
10. Experience in tools like JIRA, draw.io, and other project management tool is a must
11. Experience in SDLC methodologies.
