Qualifications

• 8-10 years total experience in Business/Data Analytics in healthcare domain (US payer/provider)
• Hands-on ETL exposure with DataStage, Informatica, ODI/SSIS or equivalent
• Expert-level SQL with complex joins, window functions, and tuning
• Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards development/validation
• BRD/FSD, use cases, process flows, and requirement traceability matrices
• Strong data warehousing fundamentals: dimensional modelling, CDC, data lineage, data quality

• 8 10 years of total experience, including a minimum of 4 5 years as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in the US healthcare domain - payer side (claims, enrollment, membership, provider, benefits, capitation, pharmacy) and/or provider side (EMR / clinical data).
• Hands-on ETL exposure to IBM DataStage / InfoSphere Information Server, Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), SSIS, or an equivalent orchestration and ETL tool - able to read and trace job and mapping logic, not merely describe it.
• Expert-level SQL - complex joins, window functions, aggregations, set operations, and query tuning against large relational and data platforms (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Netezza / IIAS, Snowflake or similar).
• Hands-on Tableau and/or Power BI - building or specifying dashboards, defining measures, and validating data behind the visual.
• Demonstrated ability to convert client requirements into formal business documents - BRD / FSD, STTM, use cases, process flows, and requirement traceability matrices.
• Strong data warehousing fundamentals - dimensional modelling, slowly changing dimensions, CDC / delta processing, landing-staging-persistent layering, data lineage, reconciliation, and data quality management.
• Excellent written and verbal English and the confidence to lead a workshop with senior US stakeholders.
