Kezan Consulting is seeking an experienced Business System Analyst with 6+ years of experience to work on US Healthcare domain projects in Gurgaon or Bangalore. The role requires solid SQL/NoSQL skills, strong analytical abilities, and hands-on involvement in agile development, requirements gathering, and UAT processes.

The candidate will document requirements, translate them into functional specs, and collaborate across business, development, QA, and product teams to ensure successful releases.

• Strong experience as a Business System Analyst / Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Domain expertise in US Healthcare (Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Provider, Payer, or Clinical systems).
• Good understanding of Underwriting Rules.
• Experience in UAT Testing, Test Planning, Test Case Preparation & Defect Tracking.
• Requirements Gathering, BRD, FRD, User Stories & Functional Specifications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and System Integrations.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely delivery in an Agile environment while maintaining documentation and traceability.
