Job summary

Accenture in Bengaluru is seeking a Bus & Technology Delivery Analyst to support the Learning Experience Design & Development team. You will help design, develop and deliver training solutions for external clients, applying authoring tools and web technologies to create engaging courses.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in Talent Development, a graduation, and strong communication. You will work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Working inside a small team developing web appbased solution using common development languagesauthoring tools.
• In-depth understanding of Articulate 360 and Flow 2GOMO authoring tools.
• Knowledge of generative AI and AI functionalities in authoring tools.
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to carry out research as necessary.
• Ability to multitask and manage several concurrent work assignments while meeting timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop courses as per templates using different authoring tools.
• Deploy and test courses on LMS platforms like CSOD, SABA, and SuccessFactors for best user experience.
• Explore and learn new authoring tools and platforms available.
• Collaborate with ID and media teams to develop and deliver courses.
• Report status of work tasks to leads and stakeholders.

• Expected to explore and learn the new authoring tools platforms available.
• Work in collaboration with ID and media team to develop and deliver the courses.
• Responsible for reporting status of worktasks assigned to them with leads stakeholders.
