Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Bus & Technology Delivery Specialist in Mumbai to drive Talent Development and learning operations. You will manage learning solutions, registrations, vendor management, and LMS administration, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective training programs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements to standard product offerings and development platforms.
• Create prototypes, complete integration testing, onboard content development teams, and prepare documentation.
• Deploy and test courses using LMS like CSOD, SABA, and SuccessFactors to ensure good user experience.
• Report status of team members to internal/external stakeholders.
• Upskill the content development team on standard tools and technologies and share knowledge.
• Conduct R&D into new technical solutions aligned with client needs and company strategy.
• Collaborate with ID and media teams to deliver the required solution.

• Working inside a small team developing web app based solution using common development languages
• Has an in depth understanding of Authoring tools Articulate 360 Flow 2 GOMO

• Has an in depth understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML
• Has experience in developing content for mobile platforms or has worked on development of mobile applications e.g., IOS, Android and Windows Phone

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for translating business requirements against standard product offerings and development platforms.

• Expected to have deep knowledge about Learning Management System (LMS) like CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors to deploy and test the courses to provide best users experience.

• Up skill the content development team on standard tools and technologies. The Technical Architect is expected to learn new tools as and when introduced and knowledge share it with other team members.
• Expected to carry out R&D into new technical solutions in line with client business requirements and company strategy.
• Work in collaboration with ID and media team to provide the solution as per the requirement.
