Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Bus & Technology Delivery Senior Analyst to support Learning Experience Design & Development (LEDD). You will work within a small team, translating business needs into web/app content and ensuring high-quality delivery across external clients.

The role requires experience with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Flow 2GOMO) and LMS platforms, plus knowledge of HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/XML. Mobile content development experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation is acceptable.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in learning delivery/tech.
• Experience with authoring tools and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into development plans for standard offerings.
• Create prototypes and perform integration testing with delivery platforms.
• Develop job aids and onboard content development team to tools/processes.
• Ensure courses deploy and test effectively on LMS (CSOD/SABA/SuccessFactors).
• Collaborate with ID and media teams to meet client requirements.

• The Technical Architect supports the Accentures Learning Experience Design & Development team (LEDD) in a variety of capacities. The role entails supporting the development and delivery of training solutions to all external clients.

• Experience undertaking common software quality assurance practices to validate solutions developed. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for translating business requirements against standard product offerings and development platforms.
• Create prototypes, complete Integration testing with delivery platforms, create job aids and other relevant documentation, onboard the content development team on the tools and processes.
• Expected to have deep knowledge about Learning Management System (LMS) like CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors to deploy and test the courses to provide best users experience.
• Up skill the content development team on standard tools and technologies. The Technical Architect is expected to learn new tools as and when introduced and knowledge share it with other team members.
• Expected to carry out R&D into new technical solutions in line with client business requirements and company strategy.
• Work in collaboration with ID and media team to provide the solution as per the requirement.
• Responsible for reporting status of worktasks assigned to them with internalexternal stakeholders.
