Job summary

Accenture Bengaluru is seeking a Bus & Technology Delivery Associate to support the Learning Experience Design & Development team in creating and delivering training solutions for external clients. You will work on talent development processes and deliver instructional content aligned with learning activities.

The role requires a graduation, 1–3 years of experience, and strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Flow 2GOMO.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required; 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with web-based training content and authoring tools.
• Good English communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop training courses using templates and authoring tools.
• Deploy and test courses in LMS platforms (CSOD/SABA/SuccessFactors).
• Collaborate with ID and media teams to deliver courses.
• Report task status to leads and stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• Working inside a small team developing web appbased solution using common development languagesauthoring tools
• Has an indepth understanding of Authoring tools Articulate 360Flow 2GOMO
• Knowledge of generative AI and AI functionalities in authoring tools.
• Has good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML
• Strong English written verbal communication skills.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to carry out research as necessary.
• Ability to multitask and manage several concurrent work assignments while meeting agreed upon timelines and commitments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing the courses as per the templates provided using different authoring tools.
• Expected to have good knowledge about Learning Management System (LMS) like CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors to deploy and test the courses to provide best users experience.
• Expected to explore and learn the new authoring tools platforms available.
• Work in collaboration with ID and media team to develop and deliver the courses.
• Responsible for reporting status of worktasks assigned to them with leads stakeholders
