Job summary

Accenture in India is hiring a Bus & Technology Delivery Analyst in Bengaluru. The role supports the LEDD team, developing and delivering training solutions to external clients and advancing the Talent Development process.

You will build courses with Articulate 360, Flow, and GOMO, deploy LMS content to CSOD/SABA/SuccessFactors, and collaborate with ID and media teams. Strong English, coding basics (HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/XML), and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in learning delivery or related field.
• Experience with LMS CSOD, SABA, or SuccessFactors.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop courses using templates provided with various authoring tools.
• Deploy and test courses on LMS platforms to ensure best user experience.
• Collaborate with ID and media teams to develop and deliver courses.
• Report status of work and milestones to leads and stakeholders.

• Expected to explore and learn the new authoring tools platforms available.
• Work in collaboration with ID and media team to develop and deliver the courses.
• Responsible for reporting status of worktasks assigned to them with leads stakeholders.
