You will understand JDs, post vacancies on portals, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct telephonic screenings, coordinate interviews, and present qualified profiles to clients. You will track progress, maintain candidate databases, and pursue recruitment targets.

Role & responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions (JDs) from the reporting manager or client.


• Post job vacancies on Naukri.com and other job portals to attract suitable candidates.


• Source candidates using Naukri Resdex, Boolean search, keywords, and other recruitment platforms.


• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, qualifications, salary expectations, and location.


• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and interest in the role.


• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, clients, and hiring managers.


• Share qualified candidate profiles with the delivery team or clients for further evaluation.


• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection status, and offer acceptance.


• Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate the offer and joining process.


• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.


• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.


• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and achieve assigned recruitment targets.


• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
