Job summary

Expert Staffing Solutions New Delhi is hiring for a Customer Support Associate to handle queries via voice and non-voice channels for international customers. You will resolve issues, provide accurate product information, and maintain records across systems.

The role requires strong English communication, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in rotational/night shifts. Training will be provided, and you will be part of a target-driven BPO team in India.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions through voice or non-voice channels.
• For voice processes, manage inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and resolve customer concerns.
• For non-voice processes, handle customer queries through email, chat, or other written communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, or processes.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer-service targets.
• Work effectively with team members and support overall process objectives.

Key Skills Required

Compensation

• Fresher Salary: Starting from 18,000 in-hand/month
• Maximum Salary: Up to 35,00 in-hand/month, depending on experience, skills, and process eligibility.
