Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Mumbai is seeking a facility management professional to oversee preventive maintenance for M&E installations, maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules, and support the Technical Manager in coordinating site operations.

You will arrange ad-hoc M&E setups, ensure contractor compliance, manage downtime and incidents, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineer with BE/BTech and relevant facilities management knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years of facility management experience in a built environment.
• Fluent in English and proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for M&E installations and ensure energy conservation.
• Maintain logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M&E installations; manage downtime/breakdowns.

Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations Handling site operations individually Assist the Technical manager to review the maintenance/service practices of M&E contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations; Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M &E installations; Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns; Management & Reporting of Building Incidents as per the Morgan Stanley Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer’s recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams; Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance program to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment; Assist the Technical manager to review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations; Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations; Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns; Management & Reporting of Building Incidents as per the Morgan Stanley Arrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups as per the client requirement from time to time; Ensure the contractors follow the house rules at all times and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the Client; Performance objectives Providing daily shifts coverage. Employee specification

• Electrical or Electrical engineering./BE /B Tech.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in facility management
