The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and data management skills, with proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel, in collaboration with Facilities and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA with certification in Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Proven experience in a customer service, account management, or hospitality role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and data management abilities, with proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for all client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with all tenants and client stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain the client database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Track and report on key client satisfaction metrics, service requests, and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Facilities, Operations, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and swift resolution of client needs.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and add value.
