Job summary

VectorQX is seeking a BIM Professional based in Hyderabad to create and manage detailed construction-ready 3D models. You will coordinate multidisciplinary models, detect clashes, and prepare fabrication-ready drawings while aligning with project specs and on-site conditions.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows, support design reviews, and maintain standardized BIM templates.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-fidelity, construction-ready BIM deliverables.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Experience on large-scale or complex projects preferred.
• Certifications in BIM are a plus.

Responsibilities

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Professional based in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The BIM Professional will create and manage detailed, construction-ready 3D models, ensuring accuracy, buildability, and alignment with project specifications and on-site conditions. Responsibilities include coordinating multi-disciplinary models, detecting and resolving clashes, and preparing fabrication-ready drawings and documentation. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows, support design reviews, and maintain standardized BIM processes and templates. The BIM Professional will also contribute to continuous improvement of modeling practices, support quality control checks, and assist in implementing best practices for data consistency and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM authoring tools and 3D modeling platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent) suitable for high-fidelity, construction-ready deliverables.
• Experience in clash detection, coordination workflows, and preparation of fabrication-ready details and shop drawings.
• Strong understanding of AEC industry standards, building systems, and documentation practices, with ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Skills in CAD and digital engineering workflows, including model optimization, data management, and integration with project delivery processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary teams, communicate technical information clearly, and support on-site project stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to quality, schedule adherence, and continuous process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical field; relevant BIM certifications are a plus.
• Experience with large-scale or complex projects and familiarity with industry best practices for model-based coordination and lifecycle cost optimization is highly beneficial.
