Job summary

ODE Consultants in Noida seeks a detail-oriented Structural BIM Modeler with 2-3 years of experience to support the design and coordination of structural systems across commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

You will develop accurate 3D BIM models, prepare construction documents, and coordinate with teams to resolve clashes, review drawings, and meet project deadlines. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM collaboration platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2-3 years of Structural BIM Modeling experience.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Understanding of structural drawings, RCC and steel structures.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specs, and BIM execution plans.
• Familiarity with LOD requirements and BIM standards.
• Ability to create and modify 3D structural models and construction drawings.
• Clear communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D structural BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Create 3D models, shop and fabrication drawings, and as-built docs.
• Coordinate structural models with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Participate in clash detection and resolution with Navisworks.
• Ensure BIM models meet project standards and client requirements.
• Attend project coordination meetings with clients and engineers.
• Review drawings and specs before updating models.
• Present BIM models and clash reports to clients.
• Generate schedules, quantities, and reports from BIM models.
• Help meet submission deadlines.
• Maintain model quality through regular checks.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Structural BIM Modeler with 2-3 years of experiencein Building Information Modeling (BIM) to support the design and coordination of structural systems for commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The idealcandidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D BIM models, preparing constructiondocumentation, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project requirements aremet.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D structural BIM models using software such as Revit, Structures, or similar platforms. using Revit and other BIM tools.
  
• Create detailed 3D models, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built documentation.
  Coordinate structural models with architectural, MEP, and other discipline models to identify and resolve clashes.
  
• Participate in clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar coordinationsoftware.
  
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, client requirements, and industry bestpractices.
  
• Actively participate in project coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internalteams.
  
• Review drawings, specifications and client comments before updating the model.
  
• Support client review meetings by presenting BIM models, clash reports, and coordinationresolutions.
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address client comments and incorporate feedback into BIM deliverables.
  
• Generate schedules, quantities, and reports from BIM models.
  
• Support the project team in meeting submission deadlines.
  
• Maintain model quality and perform regular quality checks.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  
• 2-3 years of experience in Structural BIM Modeling.
  
• Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
  
• Understanding ofstructural drawings, RCC and steel structures.
  
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BIM execution plans.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in working on residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
  
• Hands-on experience in modeling RCC and steel structures.
  
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
  
• Experienceshop drawings, GA drawings, and construction documentation.
  
• Exposure to BIM 360, Auto desk Construction Cloud (ACC), or Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
  
• Clear understanding of Project specification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on international projects (US, UK, Middle East, or Australia).
  
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM 360/Auto desk Construction Cloud.
  
• Understanding of ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and other relevant industry standards.
  
• Experience with point cloud modeling and scan-to-BIM workflows is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of Dynamo or BIM automation tools is an advantage.
