Job summary

Cars24 is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to join our People & Culture team in Gurugram. You will own end-to-end hiring across business functions, partner closely with hiring managers, and help attract top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn and portals, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, drive offers, onboard new joiners, and maintain recruiting dashboards.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and referrals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions.
• Understand hiring requirements and create sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Coordinate interviews and collect timely feedback from panels.
• Drive offer negotiations, rollouts, and pre-joining engagement.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners.
• Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve hiring processes and reduce turnaround time.
• Contribute to employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
