Job summary

Astanor is seeking a BTL Executive – Tractor Centers to drive on-ground marketing across Ajmer and nearby districts. You will plan and execute dealer activations, farmer engagement programs, and local events to boost brand visibility and lead generation.

The role requires strong communication, vendor management, and travel willingness to cover multiple locations in Rajasthan and adjacent states.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Execute BTL marketing campaigns as per the monthly marketing plan.
• Conduct dealer activations, farmer engagement programs, and local events.
• Generate quality leads through on-ground marketing initiatives.
• Strengthen brand visibility across assigned territories.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and channel partners for campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and submit timely reports.
• Ensure optimum utilization of the assigned marketing budget.
