Job summary

Astanor Ventures is seeking a BTL Executive for Tractor Centers to drive on-ground marketing, activations, and farmer engagement in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The role requires executing campaigns, generating leads, and coordinating with sales and channel partners to enhance brand visibility.

You will manage events, monitor budget utilization, and report on campaign effectiveness, with a focus on robust field marketing strategies across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Experience in BTL Marketing and Brand Activation.
• Proven event planning and execution skills.
• Strong field marketing and dealer/channel partner management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Execute BTL marketing campaigns as per the monthly marketing plan.
• Conduct dealer activations, farmer engagement programs, and local events.
• Generate quality leads through on-ground marketing initiatives.
• Strengthen brand visibility across assigned territories.
