Job summary

Ideamint, a Pune-based digital marketing and creative solutions agency, seeks a confident Creative Strategist who can close high-value pitches and partner with clients at senior levels. You will craft strategic brand frameworks, go-to-market plans, and cross-functional collaboration across teams to ensure concept-to-execution alignment.

You will mentor junior strategists, analyze ROAS and funnel metrics, and deliver compelling, data-informed presentations to C-suite audiences.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in a digital or creative agency.
• Business-first thinker with knowledge of ROAS, funnels and market impact.
• Exceptional storyteller capable of persuasive pitch decks.
• Confident leader who presents clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the pitch process by leading high-value pitches end to end, from interpreting client briefs to delivering final presentations.

Requirement-

• A proven closer with 4 to 5 years of experience in a digital or creative agency and a strong track record of winning pitches.
• A business-first thinker who understands performance metrics beyond engagement, including ROAS, conversion funnels, and market impact.
• An exceptional storyteller who can build persuasive pitch decks that are structured, insightful, and emotionally engaging.
• A confident leader who can present with clarity and defend ideas effectively to senior stakeholders and C-suite audiences.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and multiple projects simultaneously
