rightkind seeks an energetic Brand Promoter to drive our on-ground presence through pop-ups and events in Bengaluru. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and capture testimonials while supporting event logistics and setup. The role offers performance-based incentives and requires willingness to travel to field locations across Bangalore.

Location: Sahakar Nagar, North Bangalore with field sites. Fluency in Kannada and English is essential; two-wheeler preferred for commuting.

Brand Promoter

rightkind (rightkind.in) is a Bengaluru-based food brand focused on making everyday protein more efficient, enjoyable and affordable. We make a range of flavoured tofu and fermented yeast protein powders at our in-house facility in Bangalore.

We are looking for an energetic and outgoing brand promoter to drive our on-ground brand presence through pop-ups, events and field activations.

Role

• Run end-to-end pop-ups, exhibitions and stalls for rightkind
• Engage customers and explain offerings
• Conduct sampling, tastings and product demonstrations
• Drive on-ground sales, leads and customer acquisition
• Support stall setup and event operations
• Capture UGC content with customer testimonials at the events
• Identify new opportunities for pop-ups, communities and brand partnerships

Skills and background

• Excellent fluency in Kannada & English needed
• Confident engaging with customers and strangers
• Energetic, extrovert and presentable
• Passion for food, fitness, wellness or consumer brands will be great to have
• Prior experience in promotions, events or field marketing preferred
• Age: Under 25 preferred
• Two-wheeler for commuting to event locations preferred
• Openings: 1

What we offer

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000/month

Performance based attractive incentives

Working Days

• Mon-Fri + alternate Saturdays
• However, events often happen on weekends / holidays and such work will be compensated with comp-off on weekdays
