The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills with a good understanding of current market trends and consumer engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, brand activations, pop-up events, and stalls.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end arrangements for events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
• Identify suitable locations, opportunities, and partnerships for brand promotions.
• Negotiate with vendors, event organizers, malls, and external partners for campaigns and stall activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to suggest new promotional ideas.
• Ensure proper branding, setup, and smooth execution of on-ground activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for promotional materials, product availability, and campaign requirements.
• Track campaign performance and gather feedback to improve future activities.
• Build brand visibility and customer engagement through creative promotional initiatives.
• Handle follow-ups, scheduling, and operational coordination related to events and campaigns.
